I support parents mental health and wellbeing as they navigate the ups and downs at any stage of the parenting journey (including parents to be or contemplating parenthood). The parenting journey can be an understandable adjustment and bring up a range of emotions. Safely exploring these in therapy can invite understanding, compassion, confidence and coping resources to take forward into your life.

Seeking help when your child or family is experiencing difficulties or distress is a courageous step to support yours and/or your child’s holistic needs. I work closely with parents and families, drawing on 10+ years training and working as a clinical psychologist in the NHS, drawing on a range of clinical psychology and holistic approaches to create spaces to explore difficulties, to promote a deeper understanding of yours and your child’s experiences, and work together to build a specially tailored map and creative ideas to help you move towards your preferred futures and to thrive.

I have specialist training and experience working with adults in the NHS and in independent practice around a range of understandable common mental health concerns, life stresses and transitions. I draw on extensive experience as a clinical psychologist offering a warm, nurturing and safe space to explore difficulties, and together build a map, drawing on psychological ideas, to support you move towards your preferred future and what truly matters. I am also a verified psychologist in Psychology Today.
