Join Chantell, Senior Clinical psychologist, Yoga and Mindfulness practitioner, for a special series of therapeutic yoga classes. Chantell will gently guide you through four classes, beautifully designed to interweave mindful hatha yoga to promote rhythm, regulation and mindful awareness, restorative yoga and mindful self-compassion practices to promote psychological wellbeing. The classes will include yoga, breath work, mantra, guided meditation, formal teaching, journaling and self-reflection. As each class builds on the next, it encourages you to develop a deeper awareness of your experiences and wisdom, to discover tools to promote wellbeing to take beyond the mat into your personal practice and life.

INTRODUCTION TO MINDFUL YOGA FLOW: 4 session course with Dr Chantell Douglas
Join Dr Chantell Douglas, an experienced clinical psychologist and yoga teacher, with specialist training in mindful hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, mindfulness and compassion practices, on a 4 week introductory course for her signature classes ‘ Mindful Yoga Flow’. The sessions will include introductions to some hatha yoga postures, as well as the broader framework of yoga. This course is open to all levels including those newer to the practice or experienced practitioners who simply want to explore ways of cultivating mindfulness through yoga. There will be options to modify postures. Sessions will include guided mindfulness meditation and rest. The course includes free introductory resources on mindfulness and mindful yoga flow, and unlimited access to a pre-recorded yoga and mindfulness class for you to use to support your ongoing practice. Chantell is passionate about ways of cultivating mindfulness through yoga, and this is. a truly special course to provide you with some basics and beyond. This class is also a great stepping stone if you wish to join Chantell’s regular Mindful Yoga Flow classes (here).

Join Chantell, an experienced clinical psychologist, yoga and mindfulness teacher, as she gently guides you through a series of four classes, beautifully designed to interweave mindful flow and restorative yoga with psychology ideas, with mindfulness and self-compassion practices to promote psychological wellbeing. The classes will include yoga, guided meditation, formal teaching, journaling and self-reflection. MINDFUL TRANSITIONS: supporting your child transitioning to primary or secondary school with Dr Chantell Douglas
Transitioning to school can bring up understandable big and mixed emotions for children, and their parents. This introductory talk for parents brings together psychological ideas, mindfulness and practical tools and strategies to support parents and their child navigate these as they transition into the next stage of their education and during their initial days and weeks in school. A recording will be available for 7 days so you can watch it again, and you can purchase the talk via the MYP at any time.
