INTRODUCTION TO MINDFUL YOGA FLOW: 4 session course with Dr Chantell Douglas


Join Dr Chantell Douglas, an experienced clinical psychologist and yoga teacher, with specialist training in mindful hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, mindfulness and compassion practices, on a 4 week introductory course for her signature classes ‘ Mindful Yoga Flow’. The sessions will include introductions to some hatha yoga postures, as well as the broader framework of yoga. This course is open to all levels including those newer to the practice or experienced practitioners who simply want to explore ways of cultivating mindfulness through yoga. There will be options to modify postures. Sessions will include guided mindfulness meditation and rest. The course includes free introductory resources on mindfulness and mindful yoga flow, and unlimited access to a pre-recorded yoga and mindfulness class for you to use to support your ongoing practice. Chantell is passionate about ways of cultivating mindfulness through yoga, and this is. a truly special course to provide you with some basics and beyond. This class is also a great stepping stone if you wish to join Chantell’s regular Mindful Yoga Flow classes (here).
