This workshop provides psychologically and science informed ideas, with simple, holistic and practical tools to incorporate into your everyday life.
Join Dr Chantell Douglas, highly experienced Clinical Psychologist specialising in working with parents, children and families for over a decade. She’s also a Holistic Yoga Teacher and Mindfulness Practitioner.
What to expect:
You will gain an understanding of what emotional regulation is and what impacts it
You will have some tools that can support in trickier moments. We will talk about when they might be more / less beneficial, and that as unique and complex humans in different contexts, no one size fits all.
You will have a mindful exercise and a reflective practice to start exploring these ideas for yourself, in the session and afterwards, to continue cultivating practices for nourishing YOU.
